30T/D Printing Paper Making Line
Printing paper belongs cultural paper, use wood pulp, white shaving paper, waste book as raw material, the pulping process is more simple compared with waste paper pulping line, only need several pulp machine can produce good slurry.
Wood pulp/white shaving pulping process
1. Chain conveyor: Working width: B=1200mm, Estimated total length24m
2. D type hydrapulper: 5m³ h=10mm C=3~5%
3. High density cleaner: Q=3000~4500l/min, C=3～5%, P= 0.2～0.5MPa
4. Conical refiner: Ø450 mm C=3~5%
5. Double disc refiner: Ø450mm C=3~5%
6. Pressure screen before paper machine: A=0.75㎡ s=0.35mm C=0.4~0.8%
7. Pulp chest/agitator: Ø850 mm 80～100m³ C=3~5%
Waste book/newspaper pulping process
Chain conveyor–D type hydrapulper–High density cleaner–M.C. coarse pressure screen–Reject separator–1st Low density cleaner–2st Low density cleaner–M.C. fine pressure screen–Deinking machine–High-speed stock washer–Double disc refiner–Pressure screen before paper machine–Pulp chest/agitator
