The paper production equipment operates at 450‑500 m/min with a design speed of 500 m/min and dynamic balance of 600 m/min, providing smooth, vibration‑free running. Line pressure is adjustable from 20 to 160 kN/m via imported hydraulic components, allowing operators to optimize pressing for different basis weights from 48 to 80 g/m². The thermal oil heating system uses two 90 kW electric heaters (total 190 kW) for fast warm‑up and stable temperature control.
