M.C. Hydrapulper Application & Features
1. Pulp in the tank is sucked along the center of the axis, and thrown out from the circumference at high speed, forming a violent turbulent cycle, which can effectively enhance the friction between fibers.
2. The impeller wings and the mutual wetting of the pulp flow layers at different speeds produce a huge friction effect, which can make the pulp loosen and separate fibers in the wet state.
3. All parts in contact with pulp are made of stainless steel, and the machine is not easy to be damaged.
4. The gap between rotor and sieve plate can be adjusted to ensure the pulping effect.
