The machine has a net paper width of 4200mm and is primarily used for producing high-strength corrugated paper. It is divided into several main sections: Headbox, Fourdrinier Wire Section, Press Section, Front Dryer Section, Size Press, Back Dryer Section, and Reeling Section.

1. Brief introduction:
With a net paper width of 4200 mm, this paper machine is designed for producing durable corrugated paper. Its components include the Headbox, Fourdrinier Wire Section, Press Section, Front Dryer Section, Sizing Machine, Back Dryer Section, and the Reeling Section.
2. Headbox:
The air-cushion headbox uses gas pressure adjustments within the headbox to regulate and maintain a consistent pulping pressure level.
3. Wire Section:
A single fourdrinier wire machine includes key components such as the breast roll, forming plate, drainage elements, vacuum box, vacuum couch roll, wire drive rollers, wire guide roll and frame, along with a single piece of forming wire.
4. Press Section:
The machine is divided into two sections known as the first press and the second press. The first press features a large-diameter roll with a vacuum suction roller, two coating metal rollers, and upper and lower felts. The second press also has a large-diameter roll, two coating metal rollers, and upper and lower felts. Both the first press and the second press are equipped with a leading felt roller and a felt suction box. The pressing action in both sections is achieved through the use of oil hydraulic cylinder pressure.
5. Front Dryer Section:
The dryer section includes Φ1800 dryer cylinders that are group-driven, with each group containing a dryer wire and a wire-guiding roll. Additionally, the dryer section is equipped with semi-enclosed gas hoods.
6. Beveled Surface Sizing Machine:
Equipped with a surface-coated metal roller and a chrome-plated metal roller. The pressurization method of the surface sizing press machine is done using corrugated tire pressure.
7. Back Dryer Section:
A Φ1800 dryer cylinder with group drive, featuring a dryer wire and carrier roll in each group. It is also equipped with a semi-enclosed hood.
8. Reeling Section:
Pneumatic horizontal reeling machine.
