High Density Cleaner for Paper Making Line
The innovative design of the High Density Cleaner operates on the principle of downward centrifugal motion, enabling the extraction of impurities with high specific gravity. As the stock is propelled into centrifugal rotation, the heavier impurities are directed towards the outer wall of the cone and collected in a trap, ensuring the a top-side acceptance pipe.
Engineered for optimal performance, the inlet head geometry generates high turbulence to disrupt existing flocks and prevent the formation of new ones. With minimal fiber losses, the centrifugal forces created during rotation effectively separate contaminants from the pulp. The cone’s top part is constructed from stainless steel for longevity, while the transparent composite material of the bottom part allows for wear resistance and visibility of the internal vortex during operation. For applications with heavily contaminated pulps, a stainless steel cone with optional ceramic lining is available to maximize lifespan.
High Density Cleaner is versatile, capable of serving as a first stage cleaner or a single/second stage cleaner in a two-stage system. In the former configuration, it facilitates continuous reject flow, while in the latter, the contaminate trap can be set to automatically discharge rejects and flush the chamber with clean water as needed.
This state-of-the-art cleaner comes complete with a robust installation stand and all necessary valves to accurately regulate water flow. Furthermore, it is proficient at removing even small particles like stones and sand in two-stage cleaning systems, without requiring a spinning rotor, thereby simplifying operation and maintenance.
