Waste Paper Drum Pulper
The Drum Pulper operates by rotating to generate a mild friction and shearing force, effectively separating ink, rubber compounds, and hot melt adhesive from the fiber in waste paper.
Following immersion in hot water and chemicals in the presoak section, the waste paper moves into the high consistency pulping area for disintegration. The internal partition plate in the cylinder facilitates fibrillation of the waste paper without causing fiber cutting or impurity destruction. Subsequently, the paper pulp is discharged from the bottom, while impurities are eliminated in the screening section.
Equipment Benefits:
● Remarkable impurity removal capability. Waste paper materials can be utilized directly without the need for sorting, leading to substantial savings on sorting expenses.
● Power usage is approximately 50% lower compared to that of a Hydrapulper.
● Chemical usage can be reduced by over 10% and steam savings can reach 60%.
● Reduce the equipment cost of the waste paper processing system while ensuring easy maintenance and uninterrupted operation due to minimized screen blockage.
