150TPD Corrugated Kraft Paper Making Project
Leizhan successfully signed cooperation with Egypt Paper Mill to deliver the whole sets of stock preparation line for their new 150t/d corrugated/kraft/white board paper making project. Recently we delivered Drum pulper for customer, and received the customer feedback that equipment is installing.
Drum Pulper
The drum pulper Egypt Paper Mill purchased the contact part with pulp is 304 stainless steel, has long service time and high efficiency.
Drum pulper is modified design based on similar foreign products. It is divided into feeding, pulping and screening three regions. This structure integrates pulping and screening as a whole body. It can achieve continuous pulping under high consistency and at the same time it sieves the coarse impurity with the disposal consistency of 14%~18%. With low energy consumption and minimal fiber damage advantages.
