Inflow Pressure Screen For Pulp And Paper Machine
The current inflow pressure screen is mainly suitable for the wire flow system in pulping and paper making. Compared with other forms of pressure screens, it has the advantages of high output, not easy to block the screen, stable pulp flow, and low power consumption.
The special design of the inflow screen makes the pulp concentration in the screen evenly distributed, making it less likely to cause screen paste and screen blockage problems, and improving screening efficiency.
Application & Features
1. The screening efficiency is high, and qualified fibers quickly pass through the screen drum relying on the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the pulp.
2. The screen drum has a long service life, which reduces the impact and wear of impurities on the rotor and screen drum.
3. The pulp is screened evenly from top to bottom without thickening, impurities stay away from the screen drum, and the screen drum is not easily blocked.
4. The pulp quality is good. The screen drum is made of stainless steel and the finer screen seams greatly improve the removal rate of harmful impurities in the good pulp.
5. Low maintenance costs. The spindle adopts an advanced mechanical sealing system and is not easily damaged.
