Structure of Liner Board Paper Machine
1.Head box: Two sets openable headbox, respectively correspond to top layer wire, bottom layer wire, etc.
2.Wire part: Double layer wires, respectively correspond to top layer wire, bottom layer wire, main components: breast Roll, forming board, etc.
3.Press part: Divided into 1st press, 2nd press. 1st and 2nd press are large diameter press, respectively equipped with upper and lower rubber mental roll.
4.Front drying part: Φ1500/Φ1800 Dryer, group drive, equipped with wire guiding roll
5.Inclined surface sizing machine: One surface chrome metal roll, one rubber metal roll, etc.
6.Back drying part: Φ1500/Φ1800 Dryer, group drive, equipped with wire leading roll, dry wire.
7.Clender part: Double rolls calender, upper and lower roll are metal roll.
8.Reeling part: Pneumatic horizontal rolling machine
