Zhengzhou Leizhan Machinery has secured a contract with Hebei Jinbaoshi Group to provide customized approach flow solutions for its PM4 premium boxboard machine (6600mm width/1200m/min speed). As a National Smart Manufacturing Excellence Award recipient and Hebei Manufacturing Champion, Jinbaoshi will enhance its high-speed paper machine’s energy-saving capabilities through this collaboration.
Key equipment includes: 2 inward-flow low-pulse pressure screens for top/bottom layers, 1 dilution pressure screen, and 2 secondary-stage screens. The NLS Series pressure screens feature streamlined rotors and corrugated screen baskets, reducing pulse fluctuations by 40% while improving sheet formation. Optimized aperture ratios and rotor dynamics increase accept flow rates while cutting energy consumption by ≥15%.
