Leizhan to Power Yingzhong’s Specialty Paper Expansion
In a significant move for China’s paper industry, Zhengzhou Leizhan Machinery has been selected as the exclusive supplier for Changzhou Yingzhong Electric’s new insulating board paper production line. The contract covers full-process equipment from raw material processing to stock preparation, emphasizing energy conservation and precision control.
Technical highlights include:
1. Water circulation systems reducing fresh water consumption by 30%
2. AI-powered consistency control in the flow system
3. Predictive maintenance-enabled equipment architecture
Changzhou Yingzhong Electric, employing over 600 staff across 58,000㎡ facilities, operates the Jiangsu Provincial R&D Center for Ultra-HV Insulation Materials. Its products serve critical roles in China’s power grid infrastructure projects.
As a five-time national market leader, Zhengzhou Leizhan will implement its proprietary “3E” (Energy-Efficient Engineering) framework in this project, aligning with China’s carbon neutrality goals.
This collaboration not only enhances Yingzhong’s production capacity for transformer insulation materials but also positions Leizhan as a key enabler of next-generation specialty paper manufacturing technologies. Both companies anticipate completing system commissioning by Q3 2024.
