Paper Making Line Pulp Tank Agitator
The blades of Leizhan’s agitator are adjustable and replaceable. The blade placement angle of the agitator can be adjusted according to the pulp concentration, pulp tower structure or mixing requirements to meet the needs of customers with different requirements. The blades of the agitator can adjust the actual angle according to the site conditions.
Agitator Performance
1. Bearings have the characteristics of strong load-bearing capacity and easy disassembly and maintenance.
2. The bearings are lubricated with dry oil, and the pressure is distributed through the rolling bearing box.
3. The lower part of the rolling bearing seat should be equipped with an oil drain hole to drain dirty oil regularly according to the amount of oil injected.
4. The pulp is stirred evenly and the unit energy consumption is low.
