Reject Separator for Paper Pulping Line
PZ Series Reject Separator is a specialized equipment in dealing with the coarse produced by fiber separator and pressure screen. It adopts the closed working condition, so it has advantages on no splash size,a perfect treatment effect,less loss of fiber and low deslagging management fee.

Reject separator in operate under an ordinary pressure closed condition. It can consistently deslagging and has no phenomena of blocking, splashing size,shaking and noise. No special staff is need to guard the equipment. The fiber recovery rate is up to around 70% ,the pulp inlet concentration is 1%-2%, the deslagging concentration is 15%-20%. Compared with other coarse device, PZ Series Reject Separator is more easy to maintain.
Main structure
PZ Series Reject Separator is consists of upper cover, rotor, sieve plate, foundation and gearing.
The upper cover is connected with foundation by flange,and water spray and guide pulp board are installed on the upper cover.
Rotor is a hollow axle with a special structure,it welds an sweeping pulp blade in axial direction and a cleaning blade which is arranged in a heliciform way. The sweeping pulp blade is used for beating and peeling the coarse. The cleaning blade works for cleaning sieve plate efficiently and keeping the plate smooth running.
The sieve plate is a half-round, which is made of stainless steel. It has kinds of standards, so customers can meet their needs according to the materials and craft. The sieve plate is disposed by drilling, burring and polishing, so it can reach the craft needs of bright and clean.
The foundation is used to install the sieve plate ,upper cover and rotor. The accepted pulp ran through the sieve hole is ejected from the deslagging hole, and the separated light impurities are ejected from the slag-drip opening settled in the back of foundation.
