Pulp Machine for High Consistency Breaking System
The high consistency breaking system is designed as the first critical step in any recycled fiber paper making line. This industrial paper machine component efficiently defibers waste paper, OCC, mixed office waste, and dry broke at high consistency, producing a uniform pulp suspension ready for subsequent screening and cleaning processes. The breaking system uses a combination of mechanical action and hydraulic forces to separate fibers while minimizing fiber cutting and preserving fiber length.
