5100mm Industrial Three-Wire Forming Paper Machine
The industrial paper machine is specifically configured for high-output production of packaging papers, featuring a triple-wire forming section that allows independent optimization of each layer’s fiber composition. This paper production line also includes a high-efficiency drying section composed of alternating plain and vacuum cylinders, which enhances heat transfer and reduces steam consumption. The rope-less tail threading system, combined with vacuum transfer devices at the sizing machine and reel, dramatically reduces downtime during sheet breaks.
