This cultural paper machine is a 3200mm fourdrinier multi-cylinder paper machine specifically designed for producing high-quality cultural paper grades with excellent printability and uniformity. The cultural paper machine integrates multiple advanced sections into one production line: a hydraulic headbox that ensures uniform fiber distribution across the full width; a long fourdrinier forming section with advanced dewatering elements for superior sheet formation; a press section that effectively removes water from the sheet; an extensive dryer section with multiple drying cylinders arranged in groups for efficient drying; a size press that applies surface treatment for improved printing properties; and a reel drum-type reeling machine with automatic roll change.
The cultural paper machine also includes a complete lubrication system, hydraulic system, pneumatic controls, and a closed air hood. The whole cultural paper machine is driven by AC variable frequency sectional drives that provide precise speed control across all sections. This cultural paper machine is designed for producing a wide range of basis weights from light to medium, making it highly versatile for different cultural paper applications.
