The forming section removes water and forms the sheet. The press section uses closed threading and steam pressure loading to remove more water. The large cylinder section dries the sheet with a large dryer cylinder and a double-layer hot air hood.
The finishing equipment includes a horizontal reel machine with a roll starting assist device, and it has built-in moisture and basis weight measurement and paper defect detection. The paper then goes to the drum reel machine. Our Printing Paper Machine uses AC motor variable frequency closed-loop sectional drive for precise speed control.
