5550 mm Wire Width Corrugated Paper Machine
The corrugated paper machine uses three air-cushion headboxes that ensure uniform fiber distribution across the full width for each layer. The corrugated paper machine features a triple-wire forming section with a long wire table, full-ceramic dewatering elements, and advanced vacuum systems for superior sheet formation and water removal. The corrugated paper machine’s press section uses a vacuum press and two large-diameter roll presses to achieve high sheet dryness, reducing steam consumption in the dryer section. The corrugated paper machine also includes a sizing machine, calender, and horizontal reel drum-type reeling machine with automatic roll change. The whole corrugated paper machine is driven by AC variable frequency sectional drives that provide precise speed control and load sharing.
