ZDSG High Consistency Hydrapulper in Paper Deinking Line
The spiral rotor of this high consistency hydrapulper creates a powerful yet gentle hydraulic action. Fibers are rolled and rubbed against each other, loosening ink particles without shattering contaminants. Because impurities remain whole, they are easily removed in subsequent screening and cleaning stages. The high consistency hydrapulper also ensures efficient chemical consumption – the high density improves chemical contact time and reduces water usage.
Available in seven sizes (ZDSG5 to ZDSG35), this high consistency hydrapulper matches normal volumes of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 m³. Motor power ranges from 110 kW to 560 kW. For example, ZDSG20 handles 80–100 t/d with 400 kW, while ZDSG35 reaches 185–260 t/d with 560 kW. All units are built for continuous operation, with easy maintenance access and a compact footprint.
