250 TPD Double Wire Paper Manufacturing Machine
This paper manufacturing machine is engineered for efficient production of testliner and corrugating medium. The pulp and paper machinery features a hydraulic headbox with dilution water system, 4600 mm lip width, and manual micro‑adjustment. The forming section uses double wire with a total length of 31 meters, including stainless steel vacuum couch roll, composite roll, and multiple guide rolls.
The paper production equipment press section contains a vacuum suction transfer roll of 700 mm, a four-roll three-nip press, and a central stone roll. All press rolls are hydraulically loaded with a dedicated hydraulic station. The dryer section includes 25 Φ1800 dryer cylinders, 7 Φ1500 VAC cylinders, all with stainless steel steam insulation jackets, rotary joints, siphon pipes, and turbulence bars. A inclined film transfer size press with 1100 mm top and bottom rolls provides 5-8 g/m² double‑side sizing. A two-roll calender with chilled iron rolls and a cylindrical reel spool reeling machine with 10 reeling rolls complete the line. The machine includes DST moving doctor blades on key cylinders, pneumatic and hydraulic controls, central thin oil lubrication stations of 400 L/min and 63 L/min, and a Siemens‑based PLC for auxiliary control. All frames are stress‑relieved and clad with stainless steel.
