2500/300 Double Former Corrugated Paper Machine
This paper manufacturing line is built around a double wire former with separate top and bottom wire sections. The pulp and paper machinery integrates an air-cushion headbox, a 2800 mm lip width, and a forming length of 19 meters for the bottom wire and 7 meters for the top wire. After the forming section, the paper mill plant machinery uses a K-type compound press with a rubber roll, a vacuum roll, and a granite roll, followed by a double-felt large-diameter press with two 1350 mm rolls.
The drying section contains 30 dryer cylinders of 1800 mm diameter arranged in three groups, with a film transfer size press installed between the second and third groups. The paper making machine also includes a two-roll calender and a horizontal reel with a 1100 mm reel cylinder. A top-feed rewinder rated at 900 meters per minute completes the line, producing finished rolls up to 1500 mm diameter. All rolls and cylinders meet G2.5 dynamic balance at 400 meters per minute, and the machine frame is fully stress-relieved and clad with stainless steel.

Dryness targets: Dry wire ≥22 percent, dry press ≥45 percent, final dryness 92 percent.
Drive system: 28 AC drive points, total power 811.5 kW, vector control with digital PLC.
Auxiliaries: Central thin oil lubrication, compressed air system, pneumatic controls, and size preparation cooking system with automated temperature control.
