For surface protection, we weld wear-resistant layers on the rotor spoiler bars and main blade faces. For screen plates, we use tungsten carbide coating or hard chrome plating to extend service life. For wire wrapping, we install hardened steel barrier rings and radial stops around the rotor hub. We also upgrade wear plates and stuffing box liners to deflect impurities. Gap control between rotor and screen plate is kept in the proper range, and a sediment zone at the tank bottom collects heavy impurities.
