The paper manufacturing machine is engineered for premium cultural paper grades. Its hydraulic headbox with dilution water and 3400 mm lip width provides precise cross‑direction basis weight control within ±2 percent. The pulp and paper machinery forming section includes a single long wire of 18 meters with a top wire former, ceramic dewatering elements, and a stainless steel vacuum couch roll of 1000 mm diameter. A reel spool reeling machine with 5 reeling rolls and a semi‑automatic roll transfer system completes the line. All frames are stress‑relieved and clad with 304 stainless steel, and all rotating pins are 304 stainless steel with bronze bushings for smooth operation.
