The QT500-7 ductile iron shafts of each dryer cylinder feature 1:12 taper with hydraulic removal ports and thermal insulation sleeves on vent holes. Internal stainless steel turbulence bars inside every dryer cylinder enhance heat transfer and minimize condensation. The dryer cylinder set includes one specially designed detachable rope wheel on the cylinder after the size press, mounted on the bearing housing with aluminum alloy construction. Premium SKF bearings with HT250 housings and oil lubrication ensure smooth operation of every dryer cylinder.
