The shafts of this Breast Roll are 45# steel with heat treatment, featuring CNC-machined 1:12 taper and hydraulic removal ports for easy bearing maintenance. The shaft bearing contact surface of this Breast Roll achieves ≥90% contact area with 1.6μm surface finish. The roll assembly uses electric heating for both shaft-to-head and head-to-body mounting, ensuring perfect interference fits.
