The Lubrication System serves dryer cylinder bearings, Vac cylinder bearings, guide roll bearings, and the reeling machine. The oil tank of our Lubrication System has a partition that separates return oil from clean oil. This design helps separate air and water from the oil. Return oil from lubrication points passes through a return oil filter before entering the main tank. This filter can be cleaned while the machine is running. The oil tank includes a thermal cycle, high and low level switches, an electric heater, temperature sensors, and an air filter. For pressure control, the Lubrication System has oil pumps with a main pump and a standby pump. You can select and start the main pump from the paper machine control system. If the main pump stops, the standby pump starts automatically. The oil filter of our Lubrication System has filter elements that can be replaced while the machine is running. A differential pressure display shows when to change the elements. This display also controls an alarm in the paper machine control center. A safety valve is installed on the oil inlet pipe of the filter. The oil cooler of our Lubrication System is a plate heat exchanger. A temperature control valve is installed in the cooling water outlet pipe. The flow meter panel distributes oil to each lubrication point. Each oil inlet pipe on the control panel has a shut-off valve. The control panel has an oil leak tray. Flexible hoses are used for movable lubrication points. Quick-change couplings are used at points that need frequent maintenance, such as the dryer fabric change area.
