The drying section employs direct-driven dryer cylinders for stable operation and reduced maintenance. An immersion sizing machine with an air turn system ensures superior surface strength, while a hard calender and reel-drum type winder deliver perfectly wound parent reels. This complete paper making line is designed to handle recycled OCC pulp with up to 40 percent virgin wood pulp, producing high-quality kraft liner, corrugating medium, and white top board with excellent formation, uniform moisture profile, and outstanding strength properties.
