100TPD Kraft Paper Machine for High-Bulk Packaging Board
The kraft paper machine is designed for high-output production of kraft and corrugated paper with excellent strength and uniformity. This paper manufacturing machine utilizes an air-cushion headbox with a square conical inlet and a three-stage stepped diffuser for precise headbox distribution across the full width. The forming section of the kraft paper machine features a double-wire configuration with ceramic dewatering elements, ensuring rapid water removal while maintaining good formation.
The press section of this kraft paper machine employs a vacuum suction transfer roll and two large-diameter blind-drilled press rolls, achieving high dryness without fiber damage. A key advantage of this kraft paper machine is the multi-cylinder drying section with twenty-four dryer cylinders, which provides efficient heat transfer and reduces steam consumption. The kraft paper machine also includes an inclined sizing machine for surface treatment, a twin-roll calender for improved finish, and a horizontal pneumatic reeling machine for reliable winding.
