Small Production Capacity Kraft Paper Making Line
Leizhan takes conscious action. In the paper making white water cycle of the kraft paper production line, Leizhan has achieved the goal of energy saving and low consumption through technological upgrades. The white water from the kraft paper machine can be treated in a three-stage cycle.
The first-level circulation is the white water in the wire part, which is applied for the pulp dilution system; the second-level circulation is that the remaining white water in the wire part and the water in the spray pipe are processed by the white water recovery equipment, the materials are recovered, and the treated water is distributed to the system used; the third-level cycle is the paper machine wastewater and the white water with more circulation in the second-level, which are combined and treated by the wastewater treatment system in the factory, and part of the treated water is distributed to the system used.
