Compact 25TPD Household Paper Production Line
The 25tpd household paper production line is specifically engineered for producing high-grade toilet paper, facial tissue, and napkin paper from commercial wood pulp. This paper mill machine adopts a single-wire single-felt crescent forming section with a hydraulically adjustable headbox, ensuring excellent sheet formation and uniform fiber distribution across the full 2850mm width. The 25tpd household paper production line features a large-diameter forming roll that provides sufficient centrifugal force for superior web formation at medium to high operating speeds.
A vacuum transfer roll with a polyurethane cover transfers the wet web to the Yankee dryer, which is equipped with a split-type hot air hood for efficient drying and precise moisture control. The 25tpd household paper production line also includes a fully automatic reeling system with primary and secondary arms, plus a dedicated slitter-rewinder for converting jumbo rolls into finished products.
