The small-scale toilet paper production line is specifically engineered for producing high-grade toilet paper, facial tissue, napkin paper, and household paper from commercial wood pulp, white shavings, or recycled fiber. This paper mill machine adopts a single-wire single-felt crescent former configuration, which significantly improves the uniformity and strength of the finished sheets, resulting in paper that is soft to the touch and less prone to tearing. The small-scale toilet paper production line features a hydraulic headbox with a wide slice opening, a large-diameter forming roll that provides sufficient centrifugal force for superior web formation, and a vacuum transfer roll with a polyurethane cover that transfers the wet web to the Yankee dryer. A split-type hot air hood with dual recirculation ensures efficient drying and precise moisture control.
