Slag Lifting Machine For Paper Pulping Line
The slag lifting machine is installed downstream of high‑density and low‑density cleaners to handle the heavy impurities they discharge. It receives the mixture of water, staples, small stones, gravel, and other dense contaminants. Inside the slag lifting machine, impurities settle in the feed hopper, then an internal rotating helix conveys them upward to the reject nozzle, effectively separating solids from water. The clean water can be recirculated, while the dewatered impurities are sent to a collection box for disposal. This process reduces waste volume, protects the environment, and simplifies mill housekeeping.
Technical Specifications:
| Model | Helix Diameter (mm) | Processing Capacity (m³/h) | Motor Power (kW) |
|---|---|---|---|
| TZJ1 | 260 | 9 | 0.75 |
| TZJ2 | 360 | 16 | 1.1 |
Invest in our slag lifting machine to efficiently dewater and transport heavy rejects from your cleaning system. The TZJ1 handles up to 9 m³/h with a 0.75 kW motor, ideal for smaller lines, while the TZJ2 processes 16 m³/h with a 1.1 kW motor for higher capacity mills. Both models feature robust helical screws and simple operation, reducing maintenance and manual labor. Contact us today to select the right slag lifting machine for your pulping line.
