3250mm Duplex Board Paper Coating Machine
This article mainly introduces the components of this paper production line, which is the hard roll. The hard roll of duplex board paper coating machine is made of forged alloy, and the shaft head is made of 35CrMo. The hard roll has a large roll diameter, 800mm in diameter, sprayed with tungsten carbide on the surface, and has a high hardness, which is beneficial to heat sealing and calendering of the paper.
The rotary joint adopts a large diameter to increase the circulation speed of the hot oil to avoid the surface temperature difference. The hard roll of duplex board paper coating machine is drilled with two-in and one-round structure, which effectively avoids the problem of the surface temperature difference. The surface temperature difference is controlled within 1ºC. Since the heating oil enters from the operation side, the heat insulation device is added in the shaft head of the operation side to effectively protect the bearing application.
