Integrated Instrumentation and Control Valves for Paper Manufacturing Line
A reliable paper manufacturing machine depends on accurate field instrumentation. Our DCS package for 100 T/D paper mill machinery includes a comprehensive set of instruments. For level measurement, we supply 16 flat flange level transmitters with PN16, 316L diaphragm, used on pulper chests, dump towers, coarse screen chests, white water tanks, and approach flow chests.
For pressure control, 25 flange remote pressure transmitters measure inlet and outlet pressures on high density cleaners, coarse screens, light impurity separators, low density cleaners, fractionating screens, fine screens, and disc refiners. Additional pressure transmitters monitor pump outlets for dilution water, sealing water, and high pressure showers. Flow measurement uses 15 electromagnetic flowmeters with PTFE lining and HART protocol, ranging from DN80 to DN300, for pulper water, coarse screen accept and reject, light impurity separator flows, fractionating screen flows, fine screen flows, and disc refiner outlet flow. Consistency control uses four knife‑type or optical consistency sensors for disc refiner feed and outlet, coarse screen pump outlet, and finished pulp chests. All control valves are stainless steel pneumatic V‑type or O‑type regulating ball valves with positioners and solenoid valves, covering dilution water, flow regulation, and flushing water control. This paper production line instrumentation ensures stable process conditions and high paper quality.
