Paper Pulping Machine Arc Screen
HXS series arc screen is a versatile paper mill machine designed for multiple applications in pulp and paper production. This arc screen is built with a curved screening surface that separates solids from liquids efficiently. The arc screen has no moving or vibrating parts, which makes it simple and dependable. Pulp enters the arc screen through a top inlet under pressure, flows along the curved screen surface, and separates into two streams. Good fibers pass through the screen slots, while larger particles and impurities stay on the surface and exit as rejects. The HXS arc screen comes in three models with different screening areas, allowing mills to choose the right size for their needs. This arc screen can handle inlet pulp pressures from 0.15 to 0.25 MPa and inlet consistencies up to 2.5%. The arc screen serves many purposes: fiber recovery from white water, thickening of accept and tailings pulp, white water purification for spray water, fiber fractionation, separation of fiber and filler, and sewage treatment.
