A robust press section with a vacuum suction transfer roll followed by a four-roll three-nip press delivers outstanding water removal at optimized line pressures.
The dryer section incorporates 35 large-diameter dryer cylinders plus three VAC cylinders, arranged in a logical sequence with a film transfer size press and a two-roll calender for superior surface properties. All stock-contacting components are fabricated from stainless steel, and every frame is clad with 1.5 mm thick stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance. The machine is engineered for low energy consumption, easy maintenance, and long-term reliability, making it an ideal choice for mills producing sustainable packaging grades.
