Corrugated Paper Machine for Corrugated Medium Production
The corrugated paper machine is a sturdy paper mill machine designed for producing T-paper and corrugated medium. The foundation of this corrugated paper machine is the base that supports the whole machine from the headbox to the reel. This foundation includes base plates, anchor bolts, nuts, washers, and all embedded parts. The base plates of this corrugated paper machine are made of cast iron HT200, which undergoes two aging treatments to remove internal stress.
The first aging treatment happens before rough machining, and the second happens before finishing. The base plates are selected according to the load of each part. The main base plates of this corrugated paper machine are 370 mm and 450 mm wide, with some parts using 520 mm wide plates. The base plates are 100 to 120 mm thick. The foundation drawings provided for this corrugated paper machine show hole positions, dimensions, elevations, and static and dynamic loads for each drive point. The transmission foundation of this corrugated paper machine uses a special wax table design. The base plates do not have T-slots. Instead, holes are drilled and threaded on site during installation.
