Pulp Cleaning Equipment for Paper Manufacturing Line
In any paper manufacturing machine line, removing contaminants and thickening pulp are critical for final sheet quality. Our paper industry machinery includes a three‑stage low‑density cleaner system for long fiber and short fiber, all operating at 1.0‑1.6% consistency with closed slag discharge. Pressure drop is maintained at 160 kPa for optimal cleaning. For thickening, we supply disc thickeners (ZNP4008 for short fiber, 141.6 m², 30 kW; ZNP2609 for medium fiber, 67.5 m², 15 kW) that raise consistency to 3.5‑5.0%. The paper production line also includes a multi‑disc filter (DF3509, 150.3 m², 7.5 kW) for white water treatment, achieving high fiber recovery. All pumps and piping are 304 stainless steel, with variable frequency drives for precise control.
