Advanced Cultural Paper Manufacturing Machine
This paper manufacturing machine is designed for premium cultural paper grades. The pulp and paper machinery features a hydraulic headbox with dilution water system, 3400 mm lip width, manual and micro‑adjustable lip profile, and a control system for total pressure and level. The forming section uses a single long wire with a top wire former, providing excellent formation and retention. The paper production equipment press section contains a vacuum suction transfer roll, a four-roll three-nip press, and a stone roll of 1100 mm diameter. All press rolls are hydraulically loaded with a separate hydraulic station.
The dryer section is divided into six groups with 12 VAC cylinders and 32 Φ1800 cylinders, all with rotary joints, stainless steel turbulence bars, and independent oil lubrication stations for front and rear drying. A film transfer size press with metering rods (diameter 20 mm, spiral groove, imported) gives flexible sizing from 1.5 to 6 g/m² per side. A two‑roll soft calender and a horizontal reel spool reeling machine complete the line. The machine includes a cordless paper threading system, DST moving doctor blades on all dryer cylinders, pneumatic and hydraulic controls, and a Siemens‑based DCS for full automation.
