The paper forming machine pre‑screening area alone has 12 control loops, including the drum pulper dilution water, coarse screen feed pressure, and light impurity separator flow. The paper industry machinery DCS also manages the four‑stage cleaner system (1st to 4th stage), two stage fine screens, two disc refiners (500 kW each), and the disc thickeners for long and short fiber. All field instruments – level transmitters, pressure transmitters, electromagnetic flowmeters, consistency transmitters – are integrated into one cabinet, fully wired and tested before shipment.
