D-Type Hydrapulper: Our D-type hydrapulper features a D-shaped tub that dramatically improves slurry circulation and fiber defibering efficiency. Paired with a VOKES rotor, it delivers faster pulping with lower energy consumption, significantly reducing your operating costs.
Multi-Stage Cleaning & Screening: A combination of high-density cleaners, coarse screens, and fine pressure screens removes heavy impurities (stones, metals), light contaminants, and stickies, ensuring a clean pulp ready for tissue forming.
Heat Dispersion: Operating at 90–105°C, our heat disperser softens and disperses adhesive contaminants that would otherwise cause defects in the final tissue sheet. It also performs gentle refining to improve fiber bonding without sacrificing fiber length.
Deinking & Bleaching: For tissue grades requiring higher brightness, our system incorporates flotation deinking and hydrogen peroxide bleaching stages, delivering pulp with improved optical properties while maintaining environmental compliance.
Sterilization & Hygiene Control: Tissue paper made from recycled fibers must meet strict hygiene standards. Our process includes high-temperature drying (exceeding 120°C) and optional ozone or UV sterilization modules, ensuring your final product complies with GB20810 and other applicable standards for microbial safety.
