Variable Frequency Drive Cabinets for Paper Waste Mill
Variable frequency drive cabinets are critical for achieving energy efficiency and precise speed regulation in any paper making machine. Our VFD cabinets are specifically designed for the demanding applications of a paper production line, including pulper motors, fan pumps, press rolls, dryer cylinders, and reeling machines. Each cabinet houses INVT GD350A series drives with built‑in Ethernet communication cards (TX509) for direct connection to the plant DCS or PLC network. The drives offer vector control, automatic torque boost, and overload protection, ensuring smooth acceleration and deceleration of heavy machinery.
The cabinets also include input molded case circuit breakers, output contactors, and thermal overload relays to protect both the drive and the motor. For high‑power sections, we provide dedicated cabinets for 630kW and 710kW drives, and for 10kV systems, we supply GD5000 series cabinets with manual bypass for maintenance safety. All cabinets are housed in 1000×800×2200 mm enclosures with cooling fans for reliable operation in hot mill environments.
