Operational protocols:
Startup Sequence: Open seal and cooling water for all pumps, then start the vacuum pump, followed by the filtrate pump and vacuum fan as required by the wire and press sections.
Operation Monitoring: Constantly observe vacuum gauge and ammeter readings, adjusting the water supply to the vacuum pump accordingly to maintain stable performance.
Seal & Bearing Check: Regularly inspect and adjust the packing gland to prevent excessive water leakage, and monitor bearing lubrication and temperature, ensuring the housing does not exceed 60°C.
Shutdown Procedure: Stop in this order: vacuum pump, close its water supply valve, then stop the filtrate pump and vacuum fan, finally closing all seal and cooling water.
Performance & Troubleshooting: After starting, gradually increase water supply until the required vacuum (not lower than -0.092MPa) is reached. If explosive sounds occur during operation, adjust the inlet valve to increase air intake; if the sound persists, investigate other potential causes.
