Ragger in Corrugated Paper Manufacturing Line
Ragger delivers exceptional performance in continuous impurity removal through its well-engineered rope formation and extraction system. The reliable ragger maintains optimal operation through careful monitoring and adjustment of twisting parameters during hydrapulper processing. The efficient ragger handles various contaminant types and concentrations through its flexible operation intervals and reversible operation capability.
Critical operational guidelines include preparing a 40mm diameter coir rope exceeding 5 meters length positioning it on winch and rollers then activating reverse operation after lowering the pressure wheel until 0.5m rotor distance. Trial production requires attaching fifty iron wires in five 30mm-spaced sections to the rope end with bent anchor-shaped tips before raising the pressure wheel via handwheel positioning the anchored rope and lowering the pressure wheel for system startup.
During operation the ragger requires continuous monitoring of twisted rope formation with iron wire supplementation as needed while adjusting operation intervals reduced operation time for thinner ropes decreased intervals for thicker ropes. If twisting fails the ragger must stop and reverse to initial position with immediate material and water feeding cessation if rope breaks until hydrapulper shutdown for entangled rope removal using hoisting equipment.
