The industrial paper machine achieves wire exit dryness ≥22% and press exit dryness ≥44‑45% thanks to two large‑diameter blind‑hole press rolls. The dryer section contains 37 φ1800 cylinders and 8 φ1500 VAC cylinders arranged in 7 groups, all with central oil lubrication and G2.5 dynamic balance. A film transfer size press and a reel spool reeling machine complete the paper production line. The machine is designed for 550 m/min operating speed, 600 m/min design, and 700 m/min structural/balancing speed – ideal for high‑run‑time mills.
