The QCS Technical Solution uses a Kr85 radioactive source for basis weight measurement. It is not affected by the measurement medium and has a long service life. The USA ionization chamber and military-grade components ensure accuracy and stability. Moisture measurement uses infrared technology with a USA InGaAs sensor and a German light source. The patented beam splitter technology gives higher accuracy and lower failure rate than traditional methods. Four-level automatic gain control handles different paper weights. For low basis weight paper, infrared measurement is more accurate and stable than microwave.
The scanner frame uses a special column structure and an H-shaped manganese steel frame. It has low deflection and strong resistance to deformation. The dual guide rail and four slider structure improve running accuracy. Variable frequency scanning gives smooth operation. Main moving parts are imported for reliability.
