Multi‑Cylinder Design Paper Manufacturing Machine
Our paper manufacturing machine is engineered for demanding writing paper and newsprint applications. The forming section includes a cantilever wire change system, ceramic dewatering elements, and a vacuum couch roll for ≥20% dryness off wire. The press section uses a vacuum suction transfer followed by a four‑roll three‑nip press (line pressures up to 250 kN/m) achieving 44‑45% exit dryness.
The paper production equipment features a film transfer size press with metering rods (3‑6 g/m² double‑side) and a two‑nip soft calender for superior smoothness. The dryer section consists of 29 Φ1800 cylinders and 13 Φ1500 VAC cylinders arranged in a rational configuration (4/3V+3/3V+3/3V+9/1V+ size press + oven + 3/2V+7/1V), all with circulating oil lubrication and G2.5 dynamic balance. The machine size press, calender, and reel are integrated with a distributed AC drive system (total 2054 kW) and a hydraulic/pneumatic control system. Every frame is shot‑blasted, stress‑relieved, and clad with 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
